Jan’s Chicken Tortilla Soup

2 Large Poached Shredded Chicken Breasts
2 Boxes of Chicken Broth
2 Cans of Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
Or
2 Cans of Rotel HOT Diced Tomatoes with Habaneros
1 Can of Black Beans
1 Can of Whole Kernal Corn (Optional)
2 Diced or Sliced Fresh Jalapenos
A Handful of Chopped Fresh Cilantro

Throw it all in the Slow Cooker for a few hours.

Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese and Tortilla Chips sprinkled on top
