Greg’s Grandmother’s REAL Cornbread

2 cups Coarse Ground Yellow Cornmeal
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar (Just enough to make it brown)
1/2 cup Powdered Milk
Add water (about 1-3/4 cups) until thick liquid consistency
Beat in 1 Egg
Bake (preferably in a cast iron skillet) in a 450° oven until set.
Turn on the Broiler, watching carefully, until the top is dark brown.
